Validating text box

I have a control, where user have to put string, like "".

I want to show Message Box, when this value will be diffrent, than "XX: YY". In it was so easy to make, but how to implement it on winforms?

Is using ASCII is a right method or is there any easier method to do this. Private Sub Text Box1_Key Press(By Val sender As Object, By Val e As System. Try to restrict bad input, but ALWAYS validate EVERYTHING.

Text Box'a , - C# private void Button1_Click(object sender, Event Args e) textbox'a private void...

Handled = True End If End Sub NOTE: This code sample is assuming Win Forms, different approach must be used for web...

Using that logic is like saying don't bother writing Java Script validation for the web because the user might have Java Script turned off...

Validation Text Box passes its constraints object to the generating function.

The following code demonstrates a dynamic Validation Text Box that only accepts a 5 digit zip code after PM, and only accepts a county name before then.
